Based on the characteristics of unmanned aerial vehicle′s (UAV′s) “bee colony” technology and combat,a low-altitude short-range anti-UAV system concept based on multi-layer defense idea is proposed to solve the problems of traditional air defense system to the UAV’s “bee colony”,such as the close detectction distance, the poor interception effect and the incapable of attacking its launch platform. It is envisaged that the new anti-UAV missiles, laser weapons, the “bee catcher” UAVs,radio jamming equipments and a variety of detection sensors will be integrated into the existing air defense system to improve its defense capability against low-altitude,small,slow and group targets. The scheme of the combat system has certain innovation and applicability, which can provide a reference for the development and improvement of the future anti-UAV system to a certain extent.
